What is Probity and why do we need to know about it.

Probity refers the integrity, honesty and transparency of a process. It is not always easy to know how to maintain probity in certain situations and this is something that government employees often struggle with but it is not just and issue for public servants private sector workers also need to ensure they maintain probity within their roles.
